Are the Kardashians above the law? You tell me. Apparently the mayor of Malibu is fining or calling out Kourtney Kardashian for throwing a poosh event when she apparently applied for a permit for a baby shower. Now supposedly there was around 50 cars parked on the shoulder of the PCH for this event and the residents of Malibu were not having it. I mean you pay for privacy in this area of California which is the uber wealthy so obviously the Kardashians are a part of it but so are very private people. So what's the issue here? I guess did Kourtney need to pay for a permit or is she just disrupting residents and she should have not held it in the first place? You guys leave your opinions in the comments.
