The mystery of the summer has been answered. Why was Lana Del Rey working at a Waffle House this summer? Well, because she was offered a shirt. Apparently the singer was there for a whopping three hours, which is impressive in itself. But apparently the manager offered her a shirt because why not? I feel like anyone who spends three hours in a Waffle House deserves a shirt. So she accepted, as anyone would, I mean I definitely would, and just started going behind the counter. She apparently got a regular Coke and a cup for just spit and was recorded. So free publicity, all power to her, and looks like a great employee.
