Okay, so for my people in relationships or dating, how do you guys get over arguments? I know for my husband and I, we will typically talk it through if it's like an easy fix, but if it's something that's a little bit more deep, we will take like a day or not really a full day, but like, we'll take some time to actually get our thoughts together and like talk about it. But it ultimately comes down to talking about it. And even during that time we are still talking to each other. It's just we don't say anything that we would regret in the future. So yeah, let me know what you guys, how you guys get over it and you know what works for you guys.

Yeah I will my girlfriend busy me off I just beat the fuck out of her until she stops arguing and then you know from there it's all good

Me and my girlfriend to get over our argument, we will sit next to each other, we will hold each other's hands, we will look in each other's eyes and be fully present. our love language is touch so we use it to our advantage.

Even if we are in a bad mood, we may go take a little break before and then the other person will come back but the majority of the time we sit there and talk it through and resolve instead of just run away from each other.

That definitely works for our relationship but I know there are some people that need longer breaks apart. We do not.

Finding an effective way to talk about for one what happened and resolving the issue because I think when couples learn to realize, hey, it's not us against each other, it's us against the problem. That's when the
