So everyone starts the fitness journey differently I wanna know how you started did you start doing like cardio all the time did you go straight into weeds did you do yoga me personally I I believe I bought Kitty Hearns and Jim guide and did you know went straight to the gym using that as my guide so that's kind of how I started
Yes we started a few years ago and I was like very overweight then you started hitting the gym on and off and assistance have a really little Buxton store in the gym
So pretty much for me, I started doing a lot of home exercises. So I would find stuff on YouTube and do that on there by little weights and just do my own body weight but now I like going to the gym.
I have downed my whole life so that's like a lot of exercising but officially like the gym when I was 16 I went with my friend to this gym and I haven't stop since then and I like it in a lot of ways it's lived in for sure.
I know I started a long time ago, but then now I actually don't even have time to go to the gym. I usually take walks, which is a little bit better for me now that I have a child and a family so it's a lot easier for me.
I looked in the mirror one day and said I won't be able to pick up a fat *****. So yeah, use that as motivation. Go pick up a fat *****. They be big nowadays.
