Hey guys coming in with a quick question so have you been getting enough sleep or do you feel even sleeping right or sleeping well you know I try to make it a habit or making my goal to get at least seven or eight hours of sleep per night because you know when you get less sleep affects you picture move affects your health so when you get more sleep or get it getting the correct amount of sleep it helps you stay healthy helps you stay at a healthy weight lol your risk of serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease they have reduced Your stress levels improve your mood and it helps think what helps you think more clearly so yeah have you been getting the sleep lately yes or no if not why
to sleep because obviously it's been making me have so much time to sleep. But yeah, it's been great. I love getting to sleep. And I'm typically only getting to sleep during school days too. But you know, it's been great to be even better. Like I've been getting eight hours of sleep only like a seven hour seven and a half. So it is me.

Are you say I have this problem or you know I can't really get myself to fall sleep and when I do I wake up like 20 times during the night and I so I barely get any like good sleep
The same issue but what helps a lot is taking a hot bath or a shower right before bedtime drinking some nice tea and make sure to stay off your phone during your sleep hours and try to play some sounds like meditation sounds waterfalls or anything soothing it helps to
You know I guy like me like that like the joker we don't I don't sleep mama the voices in my head keep me up all night I'm actually you don't understand what it's like being a joker clearly you don't understand what that is how it how it feels you're funny
I have not been getting good sleep at night because I don't have I don't go to bed until late and I have to wake up early which means I just sleep in and sleep past my alarm but I have been getting some good naps in throughout the day
I mean as long as you are making up for the miss hours by napping that's good but sometimes napping pass an hour and make you more draggy so try to aim at going to bed earlier if that's possible
Hell no bro I literally stayed up till 2 PM in the afternoon just being on this app the girl is tall clock in the morning right now and I'm so fucking tired but I'm on this app and I love it so much
Yeah I love understand this app can be entertaining you can be fine but know when to use and know when I see use it if it's affecting your sleep and causing you not to get enough sleep then it's time to take a break because it's turning into addiction we don't want that
I have not... I've... This is plain... There's the airport right outside my house and it keeps fucking going off and I can't get some rest and it's really fucking annoying and I don't know what to do and then... God, there's a train to... Good.
First off how close are you to the airport because that was super loud and I remember the feeling I live closer airport my last place well luckily we had like soundproof windows which helped a lot but I do know the feeling

So basically you gotta prep your brain for bedtime so that means like taking a hot bath normal work two hours before bed drinking some tea listening to soothing sounds so basic in your brain to sleep mode
