Hey guys coming in with a quick question so have you been getting enough sleep or do you feel even sleeping right or sleeping well you know I try to make it a habit or making my goal to get at least seven or eight hours of sleep per night because you know when you get less sleep affects you picture move affects your health so when you get more sleep or get it getting the correct amount of sleep it helps you stay healthy helps you stay at a healthy weight lol your risk of serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease they have reduced Your stress levels improve your mood and it helps think what helps you think more clearly so yeah have you been getting the sleep lately yes or no if not why
To be honest I've been having to wake up with panic attacks every time like I probably get three hours of sleep and then I wake up like a literally sweating bullets so sexually pretty nice I love getting sleep
Let me tell you something, daylight's seven times been really disrespectful and if I could slap the motherfucker who came back in a decision for us to continue this process. I will.
Amazingly, the last three days I've been getting full sleep. Normally I don't. My daughter is autistic and a lot of times she doesn't sleep at night, so it makes it kind of rough.
It's crazy we have a different circumstances in life that you know prevents us from doing things but a blessing that you're able to have a three days of rest I know you felt real rested and I hope you have many more days like that that's you know very important

No 7 to 8 hours asleep is crazy I need to get yawls asses up and do something where is where is my three for our gang at who sleeping like that we elite
3 to 4 hours of sleep Ashley is not healthy yeah she's straining your brain when you are operating on low amount of sleep so as an adult 6 to 8 hours is truly needed to be at your greatest potential so yeah
