Hey guys coming in with a quick question so have you been getting enough sleep or do you feel even sleeping right or sleeping well you know I try to make it a habit or making my goal to get at least seven or eight hours of sleep per night because you know when you get less sleep affects you picture move affects your health so when you get more sleep or get it getting the correct amount of sleep it helps you stay healthy helps you stay at a healthy weight lol your risk of serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease they have reduced Your stress levels improve your mood and it helps think what helps you think more clearly so yeah have you been getting the sleep lately yes or no if not why
Oh that's good and you're resting you know there's nothing like a good sleep and feeling rejuvenated and that draggy the next day so that's good to hear
What helps if you can't get a new mattress you could try ordering a mattress topper as like us a softer layer to add to your bed you can find on Amazon or any store so you should try looking to getting that for yourself
Oh I know how that feels because I had that same type of sleep schedule along time ago and I never wanna go back but I hope you're getting some more sleep is a reason why are you not sleeping like that is that's not good
Make it a goal to get at least seven to seven and a half. Let me say like seven to eight hours of sleep, but as of lately because I've moved to a different state, I'm staying at an Airbnb girl. I've been sitting restless and I'm not getting all the sleep I need.
How about you try to get just five hours of sleep but fix the time like you know go to the bed at a particular time and get up at a particular time. Don't use There's any alarms or anything.

I'm saying this because you know naturally if you sleep for whatever However long it doesn't even matter. You can sleep for seven eight nine hours whatever makes you restful.
No it's funny I had the same situation a few months ago and moved to a new state and I was living in an Airbnb for a little bit and it was kind of hectic and I did not get enough sleep so I can totally relate with you and understand sadly what you're going through
OK see you in a color scale channel to you so the minimum sleep should a where is at least six hours asleep if you can't get to 478 hours trying to aim for six hours that's a good start
So four hours of sleep wow do you have a lot on your mind or do you think about it sometimes you can still be thinking while you're sleeping in it can cause your brain or your sleep to be disruptive that may be the case I'm not sure
