How long do you usually rest in between sets if I'm just doing a regular workout I do maybe 30 45 seconds but if I'm doing a super set or if I'm hitting PR's I usually rest a minute longest maybe a minute 30 if I'm really tired
So I'm starting a new split start with like 90 seconds and then I'll go down like 15 seconds every week until I'm at like a minute or like 45 seconds in about to stay around that area
Oh I like that I think I might try that because I've been looking into new ways on this just in my know my splits for my timing and my phone interesting
No it's way too short lower the volume is higher but perfect technique to know that actually 3 to 5 minutes is the best rest you can do get and then optimally to working sets
