So this morning I woke up with like a little bit of a migraine. I work out in the mornings so I got up and I got dressed and everything and I was like maybe I can just work through this migraine because that's usually what happens. I wake up with them often. It sucks. But as I got to the gym it just started getting worse and today was supposed to be leg day but I ended up just walking and then stretching for like 20 minutes and I was like thinking I was like, I can't be the only one that like goes through this or deals with this So like do any of you guys get migraines like this? Do you guys work out when you have a migraine? I like to try and stay consistent and Stick with my routine. So I really don't like taking days off But I feel like today I should have taken off, but I wouldn't have had time later and I didn't want to skip another day this week So yeah, how do you deal with your chronic migraines?
