So today we went to the gym. My friend is still trying to cut weight for her competition so she went and she sat in the sauna and everything and I did like a little leg day workout. I did some cardio and I played around on the weights and she has this one machine called a swing squat and oh my goodness it's so fun. I feel like I'm just bouncing around on it like a kid. I had so much fun, but from doing two spin classes yesterday, the gym the day before and the gym today, my entire body hurts and my arms, oh my god my arms feel swell. I just feel like a giant, like giant chunk of muscle, you know. But yeah, I could use a day off from the gym, so I'm so glad that tomorrow we're not planning on working out or anything, because I definitely just need, I need the rest. I don't know how people do this on a regular basis every single day without rest days, because, yeah, wild. my whole body hurts.
