I'm trying to work on this at the moment because I'm really bad at this. What I tend to do now is just bottle it all up and then I'll have a breakdown every few months, but I've started journaling and making voice notes of a summary of my day and I think that helps me sort of check in on my stress levels.
Oh, that's such a good idea, taking, like making a voice note of your day. But I mean, a breakdown every few months, that's that's OK. That's that's doable. I feel like I have one every day.
