No, no, absolutely not. Um, but I mean, it makes sense, right? Like having cheese, like why are we eating what number one growth hormones and like food for like baby cows basically.
Yeah, that's the one that I've always understood and kind of respected, but I really think my body needs meat. I know it. I have so much more energy when I eat it, so yeah.
You know, if you decide for a period you want to go vegan, just make sure you supplement whatever you're not getting from meat with vitamins or from other factors to balance it out.
Nope, I need all the food. I need all types of food. I need my chicken, steak, rice, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, cheesecake, ice cream, tap water.
Me too, it's like night and day. I used to have no energy and now I have energy every day and you know I can do workouts forever and can think just like yeah.
I'm not vegan, but I've tried it before. It doesn't work for me, but I've tried. I'll eat vegan sweets only. I don't eat anything else but vegan sweets.
I went vegan during six months a few years ago. I had to stop because I didn't do it the right way I went cold turkey So I would say it's a great thing, but you have to study it first know how to do it correctly
Yeah, that's how I feel too. It's like, it's so complicated to get everything that you need and I still eat really healthy, but I do eat meat and I feel so much more nourished.
Thanks for answering. It's super cool to hear if people are or not. I just kind of wonder it was so popular for a long time and that now I'm just like, are people still vegan?
Nah, but like you, I used to be a vegan, I used to be a raw vegan, vegetarian, like I tried all of that for a long time. But now I don't have a label, I just listen to my body.
I did it all to sis and I'm the exact same way. I completely listen to my body. I have a severe gluten allergy. Other than that, I just listen to my body and yeah, that's what works.
