OK so I always come pack ready for with my water and I have like equivalent of a gallon of water for the gym and I try to drink my gallon before like an after different intervals but what libation or drink really gives you the energy to keep going do you have like a pre-workout drink you take or a probiotic I think probiotics are great I love kombucha I'm a big kombucha fan so water the bushes my favorite what's yours
