Hello there again this is Amira Sobe and my question to you is what is your favorite I work out my favorite workout is definitely dancing I wish I was part of a dance class and I know the music is whack at the gym just to be honest and I I really wish I was like in a dance class and yeah training in that way but I will that's one of my goals like to get back in the dance class and and but when you're at the beginning of your finish journey I would still say dance is the best way to get back in the habit of getting in shape specially for women because dancing is fine And a sweat a lot of women like to do anyway because it's kind of a thing to make yourself more seductive more attractive I'm just automatically so yeah
