I've been looking at what's the definition of healthy years for each individual because everyone has their own fitness goals and I know for me when I felt really fit at first it had a lot to do with my diet because my body my skin started changing my hair started growing and I just increase my water intake and started taking out sugars and meat and cheese products and that's when I really felt like I was at my healthiest I was just doing bike riding and yoga And I do more intense workouts now but that was at the beginning of my fitness journey and I really think at the beginning I finished early I felt really healthy I was really disciplined because I wasn't under the illusion that I've been doing this for so long arm but now it's like getting back into bike that mindset that a new workout is really a new me and I need to be disciplined about my dietary intake So when did you come to a plateau in your fitness
