My fitness I would say I'm maybe at like 90%. My nutrition I know for sure I am not pushing myself as much as I can.

No, I'm not I know I'm not I could definitely push myself harder Even if it's not like making it to the gym as often as I was like I could push myself to eat better And make like healthier options So that's something I'm going to work on.
