Okay, so I have been trying so hard not to use my phone as much as I have been lately Because I find myself Getting distracted like my mind is elsewhere. So I want to ask when it comes to being more productive What helps you? I would love all the tips and suggestions you guys have because right now I have the Lock like downtime screen thing that they have on iPhones. I'm not sure about androids, but it's on my phone model I have the iPhone 14 Pro and it's been really helpful but I feel like it's not helpful enough because I still get distracted by other things so yeah again would love to hear your best suggestions. The more the merrier.

Constantly write and think and stay focused keep yourself focused on what you want to do because you know when you do get distracted you got to remind yourself on what goals you're aiming at and you got to remind yourself to keep going don't stop because once you see the rewards of productivity being given, even small detours can.

I simply just try new things like I play the guitar so spend my time just like learning a new song and out or like work on something you need to get done that doesn't involve using technology or just hang out with my friends like I feel like that's what keeps me the most busiest I just making plans I have nothing to do with technology

So to do that I just know I am you know I just I just I just I gotta come out ally oh I take naps Yeah

There's no getting out of it. My screen time is 20 hours.
