Tokyo Japan hands down. Tokyo's got a lot of tech that is amazing, but it's like out of this world

So I heard Dallas, Texas is on up and up in tech. I know DC, where I'm at is a good tech city. New York City, San Francisco. But yeah, don't sleep on Dallas.

I think it's yeah, a given being Silicon Valley, but I think there might be a few out there just a little more tech savvy than San Francisco.
