You know what, I kind of agree with you. Simba is the only Disney royalty that became king or a higher form of royalty without a magical spirit helping him and is the only one that went through actual trauma instead of petty love trauma that they caused themselves. Like go through in the entire Disney history all the princesses caused their own problems.
