Would you rather be able to run a mile without stopping or lift twice your body weight I would much rather live twice my body weight I feel like it would help me with more practical things and being able to run a mile without stopping

I'd rather honestly be able to run a mile without stopping.

You basically answered your question already. Yeah, lifting twice your bodyweight is infinitely more practical for your day-to-day life than running a mile without stopping. Unless you're regularly running away from predators, I don't see how that would help.

I lift twice my body weight because like if I get really fat, like I'm assuming it grows proportionally, like if I like become like almost obese but I can still lift twice my weight, I like make a show of fucking fat dude lifting cars, you know?
