So I just wanted to share our accomplishment. Our 22 month old is finally sleeping through the night. I know that that's, well, I'm not gonna say anything because everyone's journey is different, but it took us a long time to get here. She's only slept through the night a little bit. I know I shared about this before, but we finally have it down where she's used to staying in her crib when she wakes up. So like I go in and kiss her right away and then I lay her back down and she doesn't cry. She almost sits down by herself and lays down on her blankie. Like she knows that I'm not gonna pick her up like I always used to. So, and that was the problem. Then I could never get her to go back to sleep in her crib because I had picked her up and she wanted to come sleep with us. So now I don't pick her up anymore but I still go to her right away and kiss her and then I lay her back down and rub her back for a second and she goes to sleep and it's crazy. Like she has slept in her crib until 637, 730, all week and I'm just like, I can't believe we're finally here. And it literally took us this whole time. It's been a struggle. So if anyone else is struggling with that, I mean, it's just, it's not linear. That is like the biggest thing that I learned from like doing my research. It's that like, you can't be like, wait, she was doing it before, like why isn't it getting better? Just because it is going to be up and down all the time. Like she was sleeping great. We were getting to this spot about five months ago, but then she got hand foot and mouth. And so then she was so uncomfortable. She couldn't sleep by, so of course I let her come sleep with us. You know, I held her so much, but then we were off track. So it's just always up and down. So I hope that helps, like if anyone else is struggling, but that's where we're at right now.
