So as a mom I know that we all get super anxious and like worry a lot. I don't know if I do more than others but like I get really triggered by reading articles or reading stuff that happens to other kids and I'm just like I can't let it go and I don't let it like affect my day-to-day but it's like in my mind and and it makes me cry and just be really, really stressed out. Get really upset that what if something happens to my daughter? So the only way I know to cope with that is to breathe and think about how there's, can't control that and just go about my day. And I'm just wondering, is there anything you guys also do guys also do to, you know, like relieve that anxiety and worry that us moms like constantly have because sometimes I can't like fall asleep. But during the day, I mean, I'm fine. It just makes me sad and worried when I see like things that happen to other kids. It's like devastating. And I'm like, oh my God, I could never deal with that. But it's like, you can't control the world. So anyway, I hope everyone's having a good day. just wondering if there's anything you guys do to help your if you have anxiety or you don't worry like as a mom.
