So I have a migraine I get migraines regularly but it's not that bad right now but it just is enough that I like I cannot play with my toddler and I hate that so I do my best to lay lay on the floor while she's playing and she usually comes in like lays with me and is really cute and then I just like she sits like really close to me while she's playing because she's always wants me but I just try to like still lay down and like that helps Obviously it's night time she's in bed so I can rest but if anyone else suffers from those it really sucks when you have a kid or a baby it's just as hard but there's nothing you can do like you have to take care of the baby so you just do what you can so hope everybody is having a good night

So I don't suffer from migraines but I do get headaches I wouldn't consider the migraines I feel like black people have them a lot worse than I do and I think it just has to do with like dehydration for me personally and probably not eating meals when I should because I just forget to but just so you don't like you're doing a good job and don't beat yourself up for it and hopefully maybe there's some medication that you can go on to help you feel better I know my mom also suffered from a really bad migraine

I specifically remember her having to completely leave like the room and go to bed and like shut like everything off like no noise no light the windows were dark and like not like literally like it was so bad I felt so bad for her and she would be there for hours and hers was really bad so she had to take some prescribed medication that was really strong and she eventually was able to wean off of it after years of being on it but yeah hopefully there's some thing that can help you
