Would you rather do a shorter intense workout or a longer less intense workout I would rather do a shorter more intense workout I don't have that much time in the morning as it is so I like doing everything in a shorter amount of time but making it more intense
The short, more intense workout is better than a longer, less intense. Because if I want to go to gym, I want to go to bingo or go home, I don't really like to do anything too loud.
I would rather do a shorter more intense workout as long as it's effective and I'm hitting all of the muscle groups that I want to for that day I'm good. Longer is not always better.
