Would you rather do a shorter intense workout or a longer less intense workout I would rather do a shorter more intense workout I don't have that much time in the morning as it is so I like doing everything in a shorter amount of time but making it more intense

Alas intense work out and do longer I've learned that that's done wonders on my body even though sometimes identity disorder intense workouts

I feel like I like the less intense workout that's longer just because if it's shorter and too intense I find it harder to keep up with it

I would say a short intense and conscious workout. Sometimes you or I do intense routine and then like I don't know it's just a weird feeling.

I would say maybe a short and intense routine is more demanding for your body, but in terms of results I don't know.

The short, more intense workout is better than a longer, less intense. Because if I want to go to gym, I want to go to bingo or go home, I don't really like to do anything too loud.

I would rather do a shorter more intense workout as long as it's effective and I'm hitting all of the muscle groups that I want to for that day I'm good. Longer is not always better.
