One of my new favorite workouts that I'm doing for legs are hack squats and I personally love them because I since I've never done them It obviously works on different muscle groups So it's been really helping me out because I just worked on it on Tuesday because I did hamstrings. I worked on hamstrings and glutes and Right now I am still so I'm still feeling it and I'm gonna be working on it again When I hit quads and glutes on Friday, so that's one of the machines that I'm definitely excited about What's your favorite lazy machine?
