Hello and good morning my friends. I'm still very sick. I'm wondering do you stretch every day? I've like have just been reflecting on how much I miss moving my body and the thing I miss the most is just having the energy to stretch. I've been a lot of pain and it's really hard to stretch right now doing little ones but yeah I'm ready to get back to be healthy. So I wonder if you stretch every day.
I don't currently stretch daily. I used to and I should but now it's like I prioritize working out around my baby's schedule but like I don't prioritize stretching which I should start.
I am I stretch every day for the most part I think it's super important and my days just are so much better like I feel so much better when I stretch in the morning so it's kind of a nonnegotiable for me sometimes I won't do it and I just noticed my day is like not as good I don't feel as good I'm not like as awake either I really like wakes me up stretching
