Alright, so my question is, what do you do to prevent muscle soreness? It could be that you stretch before and after a workout. It might be that you do a cool down or maybe it's something you drink, slash eat when you get home. Okay, let me know.

Yeah, I would use a Therogun. That's what I use. It's like a massage tool. You know you can use it on your biceps, chest, anywhere really. It's very good. and sometimes depends. I'd use hot showers if I want muscle recovery or even soreness and steam rooms they really help so I would definitely vouch out for that too.

Well this is the easiest one in the book, just have a cold shower. I started the running two to three minutes now like my whole shower consists of being cold but cold shows life's even better. It just refreshes you, just wakes you up.
