I was having this conversation with my friend last night and apparently this is the thing. Do you and your partner share passwords? I thought this was normal to share passwords with your partner, but I guess some people don't. So, let me know.

I feel like it depends on how long you've known somebody. If I just met you and we are s- if I'm getting to know you in general, then no. But if we're growing roots together and choosing that and it's a long-term thing, then sure. I don't see why not.

I would just say if you're like officially, officially with someone, like that's your person and you have that trust, I don't understand why not. But apparently there's people out there that just don't share passwords at all.

Right, but what if this is like your person, your partner, you do everything with them?

I definitely share all my passwords with my partner, but maybe like early on in the relationship I would be careful, but I think once you trust your partner then it doesn't really matter. But then if you break up, change your password.

I've been with my partner for 14 years and we both know each other's passwords off my heart and both have a fingerprint enabled on both our phones.

Right exactly. I feel like that would be standard. It's crazy that some people don't

Most people don't like it personally, never shared mine and he never asked for them so it's okay but he gave me his passwords like without me asking so it's just weird.
