Do you prefer to work out at home or at the gym? And does it really make a difference or is it really about just your motivation and discipline?

At home, I know I don't make a difference.

Yes, for me yes because if I'm working at home I'm not as motivated I get distracted But if I'm at the gym, I have a lot of equipment. I see all the people working out. So it helps

Yeah, I totally understand that point of view as well. I like to go to the gym and workout classes here and there too.

Honestly, I would way rather work out at home if I had the equipment, but I don't so I'm forced to go to the gym but like I'm an introvert so definitely at home.

I prefer to go home because it's more convenient because I work from home and I also have a puppy so it just works better for me.

Motivation discipline because you could be doing 50 squats to have a plump booty but in the gym because just like me having 20 because perverts be looking you see it different

At the gym, actually at the gym there is advantage because there's an instructor and I think that's the best place to be.

Yeah, definitely. And being around other people that are trying to do the same thing you're doing is also a great motivator.
