OK so back onto water talk you know adding syrups powders whatever to water to make it easier to consumer get your water intake during the day I personally I know it's a matter of I don't care what other people are doing I personally wouldn't do it myself I know it's honestly it's personal preference and I just wouldn't do it if anything I would slice up my cucumber lemon or strawberries in my water but adding like a lot of chemicals or powders I just do you know I'm not about that
