Monday everybody So I have a question. Do you guys feel that taking a break from social media? together is You know good for your mental health. I think yes I feel like there's times where I don't know for me. I feel like the only social media That's really toxic is Instagram because everyone puts on this, you know fake show that everything is green and blah blah blah But I just get so tired of seeing the fake fake smiles and all that stuff or me myself even trying to put on this fake smile that everything's fine but Yeah, do you guys take breaks? I know we do This isn't the first time either. But yeah, let me know.

Yeah I take part I take me to break social media breaks from my partner she's she finds it necessary because the part of her work

I think personally, yeah, that's a good idea because it helps you bring back the understanding between each other and also the reality of it. Because some people put their relationship out there because they have genuine intentions but it may not be possible that which can lead to problems. So yeah, that's my opinion.
