So I'm a big fan of cooking and people don't really know this but there's something called the oysters on a chicken and when you cook a roast chicken a full chicken and you de- basically debone it when you cut off the meat underneath it under the chest cavities there's two little pieces of meat called the oysters and that's for the chef and they are just this most tender beautiful meat on the chicken.
