Healthy diets the biggest thing with gut health cutting off process food would be great I've been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables instead of like desserts that are processed and that's helped a lot
I think the most important thing to improve got health is to switch over to eating more whole food-based food so foods that are in its natural form that are not processed that are not inflammatory staying away from seed oils those kinds of things are really important
and also reducing the amount of processed sugar and carbs that one is taking especially when there are junk food and they're not complex carbs that you can get from vegetables and those kinds of things so basically just eating more clean and whole.
