We talk a lot about technology first well hey hi happy Sunday morning I am out here in the shop hanging with my chickens getting ready to work on some furniture projects and I took a tech break yesterday and it was awesome I can't even say I actually took a full take break because I did do a rant style post on Facebook and Anyway it's fine that's a whole other story with that one but anyway so I just got me thinking about you know taking breaks from technology like it's important for us to do that and then I wonder when's the last time y'all took a break from technology and was just you know immersed decided to just immerse yourself in the real world so I hope y'all are having a great one remember to take a break from technology and look at happy pictures of chickens this is little Poopoo head on my shoulder by the way and I call her Poopoo head because she likes to sleep underneath where the others are Perchin because it's warm and body heat and then she ends up getting pooped on and I have to clean her off all the time but she's probably one of the Tanis ones that I have so she likes to sit on shoulders ha Anyway they make me smile

Probably win my power result for a week. Then after my power came back on, my earn that was all for another week. So yeah, it was terrible. I ain't no cap.

I love that you're just hanging out with chickens and also yeah I need to be better at these tech breaks. We've got a beautiful cabin up in the mountains in Norway, I might have mentioned that and I love going there and taking a break. Whether you like it or not there's no signal so you have to and it's probably I should be doing it more often it's great for the body and mind.

I like this question a lot. Wow, I feel like I haven't taken an actual break like from all technology in a really long time and it's definitely needed. I feel like, man, like the only true break that we know that I think most people have is is when we go to sleep. but I definitely need to implement this more.

So I take different types of breaks. So I may take a tech break from my workflow and leave that completely alone or like a personal tech break from the things I use on the daily iPads, phones, laptops, and I really focus on things that don't require a screen or don't revolve around my tech using my hands with jewelry, design, sewing even. That's like my newest thing is really getting back into sewing. So yeah, I definitely do take them as often as possible.

Oh my God I love your chickens a yeah I tried to take a break a lot of my work is on social media and technology so I do try to hit that do not disturb on my iPhone and then just go out into nature or read or you know clean give myself like be like two hours no phone I know that doesn't sound like a big break but it does make a difference
