So with Covid and all working from home became a little but a lot more prominent so how do you how did you were how do you avoid burn out when you work from home I'd like to take walks during my breaks Just getting away from being inside my home and kind of like mentally separating my work space from like the rest of my home it was really helpful so yeah let me know how you avoid for now when you work from home

What I do is I split the time that I want to work and also the time that I want to rest.

would take breaks and after working if there was a sunlight that would go out on a small walk or hike Yeah, when my chair would get some sunlight and walk for a bit every like two hours.

I would say it's up to us to split time and make time to do some sports are going to the gym for a walk something that make us or buddy relax

Then creating healthy boundaries and routines when you work from home is really important. So making sure that throughout your day you take breaks, you're exercising, eating well, and making sure that you're also connecting to real people on a regular basis.

Yeah I think you really just have to take breaks and just live your life like I do laundry I take a shower make sure you eat some food and just avoid literally sitting at a computer 24 seven and I feel like that's some of the benefits of working from home

Take regular breaks because I know it's when I'm in the office at a regular breaks like I just got from at my desk and I go I walk around the house for like five minutes or so so have to do that home my brother just outside walk for a bit
