I think it does specifically headaches for me and not being able to sleep and being fatigued and just being irritable ha that's when I really noticed that I am under a lot of stress even though it's not something I'm like I guess extremely conscious about so yeah let me know what you think stress can manifest into physical symptoms

Mine definitely does, like you said, with headaches. I definitely get a lot of those and I'm stressed, but also a lot of back pain, especially like in my shoulders and neck. I feel like I get so much neck pain when I'm stressed.

Cam, how I said, I mean, headaches, muscle aches, you get all of that because of stress. So it's not just a mental thing.

Oh I 100% think it does for somebody who's always very stressed and anxious like you know like I'll have like headaches or like the stomach hurt and like on like really bad days or something really bad happens all like panic attack

I think I read somewhere before that like stress or trauma and the body manifest as like inflammation and then that could turn into an autoimmune disease.

I think a real good example of how stress can manifest into actual chronic ailments is spoken about in the book The Body Keeps a Score. It's a good book.

Yes, it does. I believe it because I lived it before and because of that I try to control my stress now, but sometimes it's really hard.

Definitely yes, my body always talks to me that way. Sometimes I get severe acne just because I'm so stressed out and anxious.

Yes, 100% stress manifests physically in so many different ways. Like stress can cause excess inflammation, headaches, gut health issues, skin inflammation. just so many different things because of how it affects the hormones in the body.

Honestly, I just found out that you can get cold bladder stones from stress. That's crazy.
