So what really helps me is pausing and taking a deep breath and I am you know thinking to myself that I am not defined by the situation that I am in but how I respond to it and honestly that really helps me a lot and once I'm able to calm down I'll take a walk and kind of reflect on on that so let me know how how do you deal with stress
Personally definitely working out also when I do feel really stressed like kind of just sitting with the emotions and like allowing myself to feel the stress I know it feels kind of weird but sometimes just like sitting with it you know how upset acknowledging that you're feeling a certain way
One thing that helps me is just taking a long walk down the road and everybody that you see just punch them straight in the face like you don't get all your stress out and then just like run away and create and like commit like a good theft auto and tell me like tell me that it will calm down your stress because it works for me boo
