So what really helps me is pausing and taking a deep breath and I am you know thinking to myself that I am not defined by the situation that I am in but how I respond to it and honestly that really helps me a lot and once I'm able to calm down I'll take a walk and kind of reflect on on that so let me know how how do you deal with stress

I sometimes I'm not very good with dealing with stress but I've learned like making myself a priority every day for even if it's 2030 minutes with working out definitely helps me so I try to work out so that I can clear my mind and focus on

You know, I had way too many moments where I try to be peaceful, but I think I thrive on chaos. So when I'm stressed, I go in my car, I lock the door, and I scream.

I'm definitely not great at dealing with stress but like you said I feel like going on walks usually helps me I'm just trying to clear my head In any way, and I also try to get a lot more sleep when I'm stressed.

One of the ways that I deal with stress is doing something I enjoy or taking a walk or just getting out or going out with my family I think that's one of the ways that it helps me.

What helps me deal with stress is like taking like a shower and just thinking about like everything I need to do and I just you know refocusing

I honestly just don't and it's a big issue because I just get so stressed out I freak out pretty much so I definitely have something I need to work on and learn to manage

For me as a girl so fresh and go for a walk I'm good and healthy just be alone in my thoughts and just reflect
