Why do you work out I would really love to know because I personally am working out so much more often now that I'm working out for my mind like it's not even my physical strength stuff with my heart health but now that I'm working out for my mental health I'm going to the gym almost every day so I wonder why you work out

I totally feel you I used to work out for definitely like the vanity of it and now that I have a child I work out when I can just be healthier so I'm around longer for her and it's totally dead

I have had so many parents answer these questions of mine saying that they work out and do health like have a healthy lifestyle so that they're around for their kids and that they can be a better parent so it's really special

I work out to be healthy to maintain my way and just a destress it really helps me and gives me like my self-care meantime and so I really love my work out time

Look good and feel good like I feel good about the way I look and it just helps clear your mind of things or feeling super stressed out about some thing or have a lot of pent-up energy it's nice to get it out

Yeah, I'm exactly the same. I used to work out because I didn't like the way that I looked, but now it's just every day I need to do something for my mental health, just to feel better within my head.

Oh I want to get a gym membership so bad hopefully I can do that in the next little while but I I work out also for like my mental health and it like I just need to do that or I just get the feeling so crappy and down and that that definitely motivates me to to do a work out instead of just going into it like it's focussing on like my luxe and stuff

There is a little gym in slow-kin if that's closer to you and it's pretty tiny, but it works. It's very cheap I work out for my mental health too.
