What is the worst injury I've ever gotten from exercise so come in for a gym do you know anything about science for as well baby for me it's been an absolute ruin my ankle is a bit as a tornado in attendance and in my uncles a few times And as per been a serious injury I've gotten before they let me know about you guys

My worst injury I've ever gotten is when I tore my LCO at like a good five six years ago but you can still feel it sometimes.
