Do you eat breakfast I would really love to know I personally am a huge believer in eating breakfast especially for women I've noticed it at work so so much what I don't like I'm just so much more stressed out all morning if I don't eat and if I eat I'm way more calm
I eat breakfast every single day and I actually eat the exact same thing every single day. I find it works for me. I just have scrambled eggs because it's high protein and it just helps me start the day right.

I do sometimes eat purpose and some days I don't. It depends if I'm fasting, I don't, but I normally try and eat it, but it just really depends on the day, how I'm feeling, how hungry I am, I do it kind of intuitively in what I'm feeling.

I have been Going back-and-forth between eating breakfast some days in and not like if I'm at a friends house and like they wanna make a big breakfast and we make it together like I do enjoy doing that and I feel pretty good afterwards I don't necessarily like working out right after I eat so that's a big reason why I usually don't eat breakfast cause I wanna eat work out in the mornings
