What is your favorite go-to fruit? Like a fruit that you always have present so that you can just consume it? I usually have bananas and it's really good as a pre-workout especially if I'm working out in the morning. I normally don't eat breakfast before a workout so I will eat a banana. But right now I'm really into raspberries so I just snack on them all day and strawberries as well. Those are so great and so yummy.
