So which one are you? Are you an Airbnb person? Are you a hotel person? Or someone who just typically stays with friends and family? No matter what the answer is, I found recently that a lot of people are starting to kind of go back to hotels and friends and family just because of all the restrictions with Airbnb's. And for those who are hosting Airbnb's, they're starting to find out that it's not as worth it as it used to be because of some of the horror stories they're experiencing or have heard about with other people who rent out their homes or places. What are your thoughts?

No, I think it's something that it'll still be around only because people like to have different experiences when they go stay somewhere. So I definitely think Airbnb's are here to stay.

Definitely an Airbnb. I like to stay at different places. I mean, Hotel I can see at different places but Airbnb gives me more choices.

I am seriously a hotel person I want if something you know gets fucked up I want people to take care of me ha ha and spa and if that means boutique as well boutique is my is the best fuck Airbnb

So I say that because if you live in a city that's kind of expensive to live in and even the middle class is looking for affordable housing Airbnb sit empty and it's horrible looking at Verbo though

My boutique hotel girly as well. I definitely will go to the small boutiques with spas that are partnered with a really nice spa by the way. But I get it, I totally get it.

I totally forgot about Burbo and revisited them recently for a client. But for me personally, the reason why I'm renting your massive house is so I can have a really great event. No, I'm not trying to destroy your place, But why would you rent out a really big house and we can't do

Off with the rules. Don't get me wrong, but when you advertise great for parties or great for weddings or friends and family occasions, and then you don't want us to do anything, What was the purpose of renting out this massive home? What was the point?

You're very correct, and I don't have any research or anything to really back up what I'm about to say. However, depending on the level of rowdiness you may be, I mean, even hotels would have some kind of limit with how crazy you are, you know? I mean, hey, hey, you know? I could be wrong. People could be very or rather uptight about how things are. But, you know, I mean, unless that's not what you were saying, you know?

I'm not mad at you. I enjoy Airbnbs when they're really cool, but for people who have all these rules and extra fees, I don't get it.

I would imagine it depends on where you are. Like for instance, I live here in Greece and there are more Airbnbs than you can count because the economy number one, they don't make a lot of money. The average salary is between 800 and 1200 euros a month.

So because they're a popular vacation destination in Greece, you can easily rent out an Airbnb for between 80 and 200 euros a night, which is massive for that kind of income for this this economy.

So I've done a lot of that while I've been here. That being said, when I travel, I do actually tend to prefer hotels.

I didn't think you were gonna choose Hotels actually, but I've heard so many stories on both sides, the renters and the people who are renting Airbnbs about them being just a complete mess so I've kinda steered away from them but they are good ones where you're gonna pay a price.

It just depends on the situation. If I have friends and family that I'm close to, I'd rather stay with them. but just to save money

If we are a large group of people and we don't have friends and family there, then I will go and book an Airbnb that is more convenient for us.

Is phased out but I will say that I think there's a whole lot more than just Airbnb now am I know that it's still a big thing down here or in the Midwest in the Joplin Missouri area which I find astonishing sonic who comes to visit Dr. Missouri but there's quite a few like traveling nurses and they have something to utilize Airbnb's I know I prefer that over hotels whenever we travel or go somewhere you know

I think from the early stage Airbnb was meant to be cheaper than you know hotels and then that started to change and we kind of obviously had all those horror stories of all of these additional fees and he's like what is the point

So you have to think I would rather be in a hotel because I get service I get food sent to me I get you no hands on help where is an errand Airbnb you're kind of independent which it is my fault that money it doesn't seem worth it
