So in the beginning of this year so he getting more interested and better in my gut health and just my hope overall but what are some tips or tricks that you have for myself what's been helping me is to drink my greens every morning not just that but I also started taking some chlorophyll thing in my water I drink a gallon day and I also started taking some charcoal pills so I can improve my digestion and so I don't get bloated after meals

Girl you already know mine and unfortunately I wish this wasn't my number one thing but I honestly feel like cutting out sugar did a lot for me and I'm sad because I love a good cupcake with cream cheese frosting

You see I don't like that answer because I know that you're right when they cut off sugar it immediately helped make it health but I was going through a sugar detox and it was not a good thing but I know I need to do it again and that's really good for your health

I really like taking chloroshell too and other than that I've heard that taking fiber with probiotics makes them a lot more potent and just like a lot better for you overall.

I completely forgot about this one I remember somebody telling me that that they were taking fiber with their probiotics and they just help them extremely with your gut health you know what I think it was I doing I know I'm at Costco right now so I'm a take a vantage and look for something soon

Something I've been doing a lot more especially had Trader Joe's is reading the ingredients in the foods I buy everything has goddamn canola oil and that is just not good for your health and it's just too much inflammation.

Yes, I love that you mentioned this one because that's something I started doing too recently because there's a lot of things that people praise are the most healthiest, but when you look into the ingredients, those are sometimes the ones that end up being the unhealthiest, exactly like the ones once you're using it, it'll come loyal.

I love taking my probiotics regularly and just reducing the amount of inflammatory foods that I'm consuming so processed sugar and also like fast foods and those kinds of things ultimately I have a treat once in a while but that's some thing that's help

I love those I'm just starting to take probably when I probiotics I'm starting to take vitamins and also activate a charcoal that's helping me a lot to reduce inflammation but I'm definitely going to look into probiotics

So be careful with the greens because sometimes they don't disclose everything that's in them. I love taking greens I just don't really remember to take them. Get a methylated B vitamin. Your body will absorb it.

A lot of people have issues when it comes to like the standard B vitamin and it just doesn't digest well and you end up peeing most of it out. If you get a methylated B12 version, you absorb it a lot better, and that helps you with your metabolism.

And honestly, last thing, you know those fiber one brownies? I started eating one of those a day and like it's been like taking care of my like sweet cravings. and then also it has so much fiber in it that it really just like starts

Oh my goodness I thought there was only one type of B12 vitamin I never knew there was a methylated version where do usually get yours I'm thinking about looking it up on Amazon to see if it's there since a lot of things are there but sometimes I don't know if I can trust Amazon for my vitamins and stuff and towards the brownies I've tried the fiber one brownies before and they're actually pretty good I just stop taking them for some reason but I should definitely try them again

Girl, sorry, I'm the latest health. The one that I get is like a little brown bottle. It says, doctor's recipes. It's a methyl B12 and it's 5,000 micro... MCG, whatever. Yeah, I love it. It works really well. I actually noticed like a difference as opposed to like my other B vitamins. And then I swear by the fiberwim brownies because they really just take care of my sweet tooth and then like you can't eat too many of them because then you're not going to feel good.

Drinking water with lemon every morning I try they're a little pricey but if you can make your own it's even better get like ginger and turmeric shots taking minerals like Chia seeds and flaxseeds

Oh I agree with you on a lot of swelling part because whenever I do go running on the rare occasions that I do or I do some type of cardio and I said sweating I did blow a ton mainly because most of it I believe is water weight so yeah that helps a lot

Well, technically what I would if we can say is you need to drink your freaking water and go outside. What do we? Because you literally need that vitamin D to actually be like freaking healthy, first of all. And then you're gonna have to drink your freaking water. because otherwise you'll be dehydrated and that's what are we not good so

Yes water is key that's another reason why I said you get a gallon day because when you're dehydrated or you don't drink enough water that comes a lot of risks of that
