My son didn't take a nap today. Maybe 20, 30 minutes he closed his eyes in the car. Um, but he fell asleep by 7 and usually 7, 7.30 is when I make him his dinner and he just didn't have any tonight. And now I feel bad.

Don't feel bad sometimes it just goes that way you've got a lick roll with what life gives you and feed them when they're awake and hungry and sometimes they just need sleep that's what their body needs kids are really good at that

so hard to not feel guilty like I totally understand it but that's sometimes that's what our kids need you know their bodies are tired and if they were truly hungry they would wake up and eat or you know they'll just keep sleeping and eat in the morning. So don't go guilty.

Don't feel guilty it doesn't make you a bad mom a bit bad parent or anything like that just make sure he gets a good portion to eat in the morning to make up for what he had missed it's not a crime or anything I'm sure he'll be fine
