Okay, so I don't know if it helps with like the actual milk supply, but what I do know is that it helps like with the hunger. So when I'm still breastfeeding and I'm literally hungry all the time, however, like when I have overnight oats or even just an oatmeal, like I feel so much better and I don't have that like hunger paying like two hours later, like I do if I just have like eggs. So I think you're going to enjoy that part.

I want the rest stay dry try to get an overnight oats to like when I first started breast-feeding just because I heard that they were a good way to like keep your milk up because of the oats but I just couldn't get into them I could not stand the texture like they just weren't good I tried to make my own homemade ones and then I even got some like from the store I think they were like the brand Brekke or some thing from Aldie I couldn't do them I did not like them at all but I have tried like baked oats and they're very good
