Let's talk anxiety if you're comfortable you can share your experience if not then you can just hear my experience what happened to me today today at the gym I started getting my my neck usually gets really really warm and itchy and usually I catch it before I do start to scratch myself when it starts to get a check but today I didn't catch it in time because I was really into my workout and I started I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and when I saw that it started to get red that's when I stopped and I started to breathe and I just started to relax I got out of my head and went to my music and then it got better by now Usually happens to me it's been happening I've been going to the same gym for 5+ years it's not a different gym or anything not a different environment it's just with anxiety has that ever happened to you or have you ever gone through any of those experiences

And it's just, you know, really uncomfortable. You don't get breathe. I really hate this feeling and I try to You know to get rid of it, but it's not really possible to get rid of it at all Like you can't
Yes, it is very very very uncomfortable and you're right we can't really get rid of it I've already made peace with that myself as well But all we can really do is just learn healthy steps on how to minimize it or when it happens not to get as overwhelmed
