Do you stretch every day? I cannot go a day without stretching just a little bit and I always, if I don't stretch enough, I always wish that I stretch more. I have to stretch every single day or I just I do not feel good at all and I'm wondering if you stretch every day.
I do not stretch every day. I used to and now that I have a toddler I just haven't but I really should be prioritizing that a lot again. So I appreciate the reminder.
Yeah I totally understand it is hard when you have little ones I work with kids and all the time if they are doing some thing then I'll just like stretch by then leave they're playing on the grass then I'll just like sit on the grass and stretch with them

I think it's just like the best thing you can do for just general upkeep of your body because like it's I get so tight like I can stretch three times a day and still get tight in between
Yeah, I stretch every day, especially after I work out and the morning after at home, important to make sure your muscles are still stretched especially after you work out.
