What would you rather do to help you. Go for a walk or run or meditate after me I think going for a walk or run works best it actually helps me clear my mind as opposed to sitting and meditating but that may also be because I don't know how to meditate properly

I prefer going for a walk because I find it to be relaxing and peaceful, especially if I'm walking on a nature trail.

I would say going for a walk because I think that's what I really need every day.

I feel like for me definitely going for a walk or yeah I feel like I've tried meditating and it doesn't really work for me I just can't get no thoughts in my mind at all.

both help me. I go for walks more often because they're easier. It takes a lot for me to get into like a meditative state and yeah it's a lot harder.

Definitely just going for a walk. Because going for a walk is sort of like meditation, you clear your head.

I vote going for a walk or run because it helps me get out of my head and into my body. First is meditating, which... Not if I'm trying to get out of my head.
