I typically eat between two to three meals a day. Sometimes it's brunch and dinner or if I have time I do breakfast lunch and dinner but I try to get high protein for my first meal and then since I eat my last meal post workout I put a little carbs and protein. A little bit of fat. How many times do you guys eat? I I know some people do six meals and I used to do that.

Honestly just be eating when I feel like it if my stomach say going out in the kitchen and make talking about your sandwiches I'm gonna do that you know in my stomach tell me to go out and go get it farmers chipotle I might just do it may depend
